In her spare time, Tracey enjoys bowling, reading, and spending time in nature with her family and friends.

Meet Jamara:
Jamara is a LPC Associate that is supervised by Dr. Russ Bartee, Ph.D., LPC-S, LMFT-S and school counselor with a passion for guiding individuals through life's challenges. Her background in school counseling gives her a unique perspective, which she combines with evidence-based techniques to create a compassionate approach to therapy.
Specializing in children, adolescents, and young adults, Jamara helps her clients overcome grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Jamara is a certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP). She firmly believes in the transformative power of growth and grace, and is dedicated to providing her clients with the support and guidance they need to thrive.
In her spare time, Jamara enjoys volunteering, bowling, reading, and all things Spider-Man. However, her greatest joy comes from spending time with her family and friends.
